How do I order a set with different sizing?
If you would like to order a set, add one set to your cart with any size, and leave us below info in the "note" :

Can I customize my wedding garters?
Yes, we can change satin background colors and satin ribbon colors. You can also add or remove a pearl from garters. However, we currently don't offer any embroidery services. Please contact us for more details.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
- Robes : 1-3 business days
- Garters and Ring pillows : 3-5 business days
- Flower Crowns : 1-3 business days
Please keep in mind that always allow enough time to be made and shipped to you before the big day!
What are your delivery options?
- All items sent within US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail(2-3 business days after shipping) and First Class Package Service(5-7 business days after shipping).
Please note that these are approximate dates and generally your order will arrive well within the estimated delivery date but this cannot be guaranteed. It may take a little longer sometimes. We have no control over USPS delays.
- Overnight shipping is also available for an extra charge.
- Please specify if you would like your package insured as we cannot be held responsible for uninsured lost shipments.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail(6-10 business days after shipping) and First Class Package Service(10-15 business days after shipping). We cannot be held responsible for duty or import taxes.
What is your returns policy?
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, we gladly accept your exchange or return for robes. Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for accessories and gift boxes. All garters and sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
- In order for an exchange or a return to be processed, please contact us within 3 days of receiving. Items must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition and enclosed in the original packaging. In the event an item arrives in a condition where it cannot be resold, the item can not be exchanged or returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept any returns for handmade items.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
- There will be a restocking fee of 10% on free shipping items/orders.
- However if for some reason you are not happy with your shopping experience, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving.
